Warehouse Supervisor

Your responsibilities

• Shift Production Target Completion (Allocate daily tasks to front-line operators according to daily production plans; arrange manpower rationally to hit shift output and on-time delivery goals.)

• On-site SOP Supervision (Ensure all operators follow official SOP on PDA scanning, sorting, labeling and loading.)

• On-site Safety & Incident Response (Handle shift emergencies including system crash, equipment shutdown and packaging material shortage; report issues immediately and launch temporary solutions)

• New Hire Training & Team Management (Provide one-on-one practical training for new operators until they pass assessment and work independently.)

Our requirements

• Education: College diploma or above; warehouse/logistics vocational certificates preferred.

• Experience: 3+ years warehouse front-line operation experience, minimum 1 year shift supervision experience. Familiar with at least one full warehouse workflow; cross-border overseas warehouse background preferred.

• Skills: Proficient in PDA and WMS operation; master standard warehouse SOP and quality requirements; capable of identifying and solving common on-site issues; familiar with basic safety protocols.

• Others: Native Polish or Chinese speaker; fluent English is a bonus. Physically fit for long standing and rotating shifts including night shifts. Responsible, communicative and able to sustain high workload during peak seasons.
