About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment who is eager to grow into a stronger talent acquisition professional. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to attract and engage the best candidates in the IT / gaming / tech market.

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other creative channels.

• Screen CVs to match role requirements and present qualified candidates to the recruitment team.

• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate motivation, experience, and cultural fit.

• Maintain candidate pipelines for active and future positions.

• Manage and update the ATS / CRM database with candidate information.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.

• Support employer branding initiatives and promote vacancies on social media.

• Assist with scheduling interviews and providing a positive candidate experience.

English: Intermediate and above

Hard skills and qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (agency or in-house).

• Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, especially sourcing techniques.

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Interest in IT, gaming, or tech industries (would be a strong plus).
