Startup Operator/Business Cofounder

Looking for someone to join a technical founder at a geospatial startup. We currently have a product prototype and sufficient funding to support a small team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and make a significant impact. We offer a profit-sharing program (20–30%) tied to project performance. You will be wearing many hats, everything from customer research, lead generation, sales, accounting, hr, marketing to product development and analytics.

Successful candidate

• You have excellent English skills

• Great communication skills

• Willing to do cold calling and sales.

• Have some background in sales, marketing, accounting, finance or technology.

• You smart and self-directed individual

• You stand out with unique achievements or hobbies, examples:

  • Success in competitive gaming

  • Completed triathlon competitions

  • Started businesses at a young age

  • Deep expertise in specialized hobbies (e.g., 3D printing)

  • Created successful projects, like Minecraft mods

  • Maintained active YouTube or Twitch channels

  • Did anything that required significant effort
