Social Media Manager (Instagram, TikTok) - remote, full-time

Wolff Digital Marketing (wdmdigital.com) runs its own Instagram and TikTok accounts built around realistic AI personas, made for a US audience. We're self-funded and profitable, with a small team mostly based in Europe.

What you'll do

• Own posting and scheduling for one of our accounts: captions, hashtags and timing for a US audience

• Community engagement: comments, trends, collabs

• Spot what's going viral and adapt it fast, working with our AI artists who create the content

• Grow the account and report on what's working

You

• Have grown Instagram or TikTok accounts yourself, and can show the numbers (followers, views, viral posts)

• Know US internet culture and short-form trends

• Speak fluent English

• Are available full-time and long-term

Offer

• $1.5k–3k/month depending on experience, paid monthly in USD

• Paid one-week trial, fully remote, contractor agreement

• We pay for all tools
