Recruitment Specialist

For our Client, an international professional services organisation, we are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their Recruitment Team.

This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an in-house recruitment environment, supporting the full hiring process and working closely with recruitment professionals on a variety of talent acquisition activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes

• Candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels

• Interview scheduling and coordination

• Preparing and issuing offer documentation

• Supporting onboarding activities

• Organising language and technical assessments

• Maintaining recruitment data in the ATS

• Collaborating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders

• Conducting initial candidate screenings after the onboarding period

Requirements:

• Around 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR

• Very good command of Polish and English

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive approach and willingness to learn

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools will be an advantage

What we offer:

• Temporary employment contract via Hays with an initial duration of 6 months

• Possibility of contract extension or transition to a permanent role within the organisation

• Hybrid working model (approximately 3 days per month in the office in Wrocław)

• Salary between 5,000 PLN and 10,000 PLN gross/month, depending on experience and qualifications
