RECRUITER with Spanish

Temporary Employment Agency, dynamically developing on the Polish and European market, is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and support us in acquiring the best talent. We work in an international environment, cooperating with clients from various industries.

Responsibilities

• Independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes for positions at different levels.

• Actively sourcing candidates (direct search, networking, social media, databases).

• Creating and publishing attractive job advertisements.

• Conducting interviews online and on-site.

• Assessing candidates’ competencies and recommending them to clients.

• Cooperating with management and the HR department to match candidate profiles to business needs.

• Reporting on recruitment activities and monitoring process effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in running recruitment processes (mandatory).

• Very good command of Spanish and English (spoken and written).

• Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Experience in recruiting employees from Eastern Europe is an advantage.
