We are currently seeking candidates WITH EXPERIENCE for the Warsaw office for the position of: Recruiter with fluent English for recruiting manual workers from Eastern countries

We are looking for you if:

• You have experience in independently conducting recruitment processes,

• At least six months of experience in recruiting.

• You are fluent in English

• You are excellent at organizing your work, and working under pressure is not a problem for you,

• You are proficient in MS Office,

• You are open to further learning and development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruiting employees, including identifying recruitment needs, preparing and publishing advertisements, screening applications, and conducting interviews,

• Implementing tools to optimize HR processes and searching for new channels to reach candidates,

• Carrying out activities related to employer branding and internal communication,
