The Role:

We are seeking a Recruiters (3 open vacansies) to manage the end-to-end hiring process and support Business Units: Main Component Exchange & Special projects, Onshore Installation and Service.

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensuring a tailored and effective recruitment approach. You will assess candidates’ skills, experience, and potential to ensure alignment with each role, while delivering a professional experience for every candidate.

In this role, you will help meet the organisation’s hiring needs by ensuring candidates are well-matched to roles and coordinating effectively with relevant teams throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear, targeted job advertisements and post them on the most relevant platforms.

• Proactively source talent using professional networks and market-specific channels.

• Review applications, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist qualified candidates.

• Coordinate and conduct interviews, verifying credentials and assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Provide structured candidate recommendations to hiring managers.

• Communicate application outcomes, manage offers, and coordinate onboarding with internal departments.

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge: 

• Proven experience in independently managing full recruitment cycles.

• Exceptional sourcing skills, including experience finding passive candidates in competitive talent markets.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a professional and approachable communication style.

• Understanding of HR compliance and international recruitment regulations.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to use data and market insights to inform decisions.
