Project Manager - Targi

Responsibilities:

• bringing design to life

• coordinating the project from getting an approved design to delivery of the booth on the show site 

• ensuring the quality and timeliness of performed tasks

• setting production schedule 

• ensuring all booth-related items are checked and reach the show site before set-up start

• comprehensive project management including coordinating teamwork, close cooperation with the client service team, vendors, and suppliers, planning of logistics and coordination with the logistics team, checking all required documents (exhibition/ production set), cost estimate control, ensuring service quality

• business trips to exhibition show sites 

• controlling all on-site-related activity - team management, delivery of the booth on time and according to client’s expectations, contact with client  

Requirements:

• knowledge of English and Polish at least B2 level (knowledge of German or Spanish is also welcomed)

• excellent work organization and high commitment to assigned projects

• prior knowledge of the exhibition industry (or eager to learn), understanding of booth technical drawings, floor plans, and graphic preflight

• driving license cat. B

• problem solver with the ability to work under time pressure

• readiness for foreign business trips
