*Payroll Specialist*

We are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist, who will support our client – a global leader in medical technology.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensures payroll and benefits reporting and payments are compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Deep collaboration with outside service providers to administer company benefits and payroll systems.

• Closely collaborate with various HR functions and finance, to ensure a smooth payroll processing and actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Responds to and resolve client inquires via the case management system (Service Now).

• Responsible for updating payroll information for employees on our HR Portal.

• Researches and interprets regulatory requirements for payroll processing.

• Responds to auditing and regulatory inquiries.

Our requirements:

• Fluent / Advanced (verbal and written) in English. Fluent Polish.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor or Associate Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or other relevant Degrees.

• Advanced Excel user.

• Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and methodical approach required.

• Confidentiality and data protection mindset.
