Marketing Manager (English) - Google Ads, Content, SMM, Video Editing

A+Props is one of the global leaders in the design and production of escape rooms and immersive attractions. We create unique, high-quality projects for clients worldwide, combining creativity, craftsmanship, and technology.

We are currently looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager who will help us showcase our work, promote our brand, and generate new leads through digital marketing, content creation, and paid advertising. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, understands how to communicate value to international clients, and can manage marketing activities independently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Google Ads (AdWords): Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation.

• Content Creation: Write engaging blog posts, social media captions, property descriptions, and newsletters—all in English.

• Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns to drive engagement and retention.

• Social Media Management (SMM): Manage our profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), create posts, and engage with the audience.

• Basic Video Editing: Create and edit short, engaging videos for social media using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (spoken and written). Polish is a plus but not essential.

• 1–2+ years of experience in digital marketing: Google Ads, content writing, email marketing, social media management.

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or any mobile/online video editing tool).

• Strong writing and creative skills.

• Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp (or alternatives), , Canva.

• A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently.
