Shortly: we want you to moderate live streams on one of the most popular social media platforms.

Why do we need you?

Because together we want to create a place on the internet where everyone, regardless of age, can feel safe and comfortable with verified content.

What will you do?

• Moderate live transmissions to ensure compliance with platform policies (no direct contact with users).

• Support only in written! That's alright if you don't feel comfortable with speaking.

• Review the content to make sure it follows the rules.

• React to inappropriate content and make quick decisions.

We offer:

·       Contract of mandate, with a rate of 50 PLN gross/h. (weekly payments)

·       Relocation package – if you move to Poznań from another location, you can count on relocation support – a recruiter will provide all the details.

·       Fully paid training session (2 weeks) - This is obvious, but let's get this out there: before you go live for the first time, you'll be taking part in the training to learn all policies and procedures.

Recruitment stages:

·       We will call you to discuss the role details and get to know you better and your needs.

·       Your English and German proficiency will be tested online.

·       Online interview with Hiring Manager.

·       Resilience test – you will take a psychological test to check your resistance to sensitive content.

·       You will receive feedback.

Our requirements:

·       German proficiency at C1 level - written ability is the key.

·       English proficiency at B2 level.

·       Ability to focus, attention to detail, quick response.

·       Resistance to content related to sexuality, violence, etc.

·       The desire to develop professionally and improve one's skills

·       Availability to work at various hours, including nights (the schedule will also be tailored to your needs and activities).

·       On-site collaboration – from our office in Poznań at Królowej Jadwigi 43 (Maraton Business Center).
