Housing Coordinator

The Role      

Management of housing property for M&E contractors in the Powidz area, Poland

Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to fulfil each of the following essential duties:

• Acquire new accommodations and conclude new rental agreements

• Monitor existing rental agreements

• Ensure quality standards of accommodations

• Assign M&E contractors to accommodations

• Conduct check-in and check-out inspections of occupants

• Maintain relationship with owners

• Cost control of rental and deposit payments

• Maintain accommodation tracker and prepare accommodation reports

Qualifications and Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Polish rental law

• In-depth knowledge in property management and housing best practises

• Excellent English and Polish (written and speaking)

• Excellent level of administrative skills (Microsoft Office)

• Great communication skills

• Driver’s license

• Experience with US Military or NATO projects would be an asset
