What will you learn:

• How to source and screen IT professionals using LinkedIn and recruitment tools;

• Headhunting and Direct Search techniques for identifying passive candidates

• Understanding tech roles and terminology (e.g., frontend, backend, DevOps, QA);

• Interview coordination and candidate communication;

• Basics of recruitment processes in the tech industry;

• Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.

Who are we looking for:

• Students or recent graduates interested in IT recruitment;

• English proficiency at minimum B2 level (you’ll communicate with international candidates);

• Availability for on-site work in Gdańsk;

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail;

• Curiosity about the IT world and eagerness to learn.
