International Recruitment Specialist

We are a fast-growing employment agency based in Warsaw. We specialize in recruiting foreign workers from various parts of the world, supporting projects primarily in the logistics and manufacturing sectors. We currently operate three offices across Poland.

We Are Looking for You If You:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Are fluent in English, with strong communication skills (B2 level or higher).

• Knowledge of Spanish will be considered an additional advantage.

• Have a solid understanding of Polish regulations regarding the legal employment of foreign nationals.

• Are able to independently source and recruit candidates from Asia and South America through social media channels.

• Have experience working with recruitment partners and have established professional relationships with them.

• Understand how social media platforms work and know how to use them effectively in recruitment processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for internal agency positions

• Taking responsibility for achieving recruitment targets and fulfilling staffing requests.

• Cooperating with an existing network of recruitment partners and expanding that network.

• Creating engaging recruitment content and managing social media channels.

• Calculating recruitment commissions for partners and managing recruitment-related costs.

• Monitoring labor market trends and identifying new candidate sourcing channels.
