Job Opportunity: INTERNATIONAL RECRUITER  

Location: Kraków, Poland | Full-time | Employment contract under Polish law

Are you experienced in recruitment and passionate about connecting talent with opportunities? Do you know the Asian labor market and have a flair for sourcing candidates from the Philippines? If yes, we want to meet you!

Our recruitment agency is looking for a skilled International Recruiter to support our Filipino Division in sourcing and hiring workers for production roles in Poland.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Independently and effectively source candidates for production positions in Poland (no special qualifications required)

• Create and manage job postings across multiple channels

• Build and maintain a professional online presence for the agency

• Manage social media channels to strengthen employer branding and candidate flow

• Present job offers to candidates and guide them through the process

• Coordinate the candidate’s relocation and employment in Poland

• Conduct onboarding for new employees

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Proven experience in recruitment within Europe (we are looking for candidates already based in Europe)

• Minimum of 2 years of documented experience recruiting blue-collar workers

• Strong communication skills in English

• High creativity and ability to work independently
