HR Specialist for Poland & Share Reward Plans CEE

For our Client, a leader in the field of power and telecommunications cable systems, we are looking for: HR Specialist for Poland & Share Reward Plans CEE Tasks: • First point of contact for employee inquiries and document creation including communication with payroll agency. • Administration, maintenance and checking of HR data. • Vacation management, time management/attendance management, business trip management. • Administration of the local trainings. • Managing the local benefits.     Additional responsibilities: • First point of contact for our share reward plans in the whole CEE region. • Act as an interface between our headquarter of Prysmian and the regional HR team. • Responsible for the promotion of the share plan campaigns. • Administrative support for internal as well as external customers (Bank, employees, etc.). Requirements: • Experience or knowledge in human resources and payroll is preferred. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with both internal and external customers. • Fluent proficiency in both Polish and English languages. • Possession of a problem-solving and target-oriented mentality is crucial for effective task management. • Preference for traveling is advantageous.   Contract & Benefits: • Permanent part-time employment contract (20 hours per week). • Salary starting from 5000 PLN gross per month. • Competitive remuneration package. • Access to various benefits including mentorship programs and training opportunities for personal development and career growth.   Do you want to grow in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding international company?
