HR recruiter for a logistics company Warszawa

Polish logistic company in partnership with American trucking business operating on the US trucking market is currently recruiting people for training as HR recruiter with proficiency in English.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• The main advantages in employment as a student with developed communicative qualities, good knowledge of English + Ukrainian or Russian languages: It is beneficial for you to work in our company;

• Experience in personnel recruitment and conflict resolution.

• Resilience and the ability to work with a large volume of information

• Effective time management skills to handle a volume of information and tasks, meeting deadlines.

  Age: 18-25 y.o

Responsibilities:

• Hiring drivers based on the company’s specifications.

• Collection of documents, signing employment contracts, CRM management.

• Communication and onboarding of employees via incoming calls, text messages, emails;.

• Supporting drivers in resolving delivery-related issues.

• Providing timely and quality feedback to drivers.

• Salary starting from $1100 — and more with the possibility of bonuses.

• Schedule: 14:00 — 23:00 PL time. Sat and Sun are days off.
