Your mission: As an HR Generalist, you’ll be in charge of processing the entirety of the payroll with the help of an external payroll provider, all other administrative HR tasks, and all training, recruitment, employee evolution for our Polish site. You will report to the HR manager EMEA located in Brussels. Your main missions will be:
Daily management of human resources in Poland (payroll declarations/vacation calendar/absence schedule)
· Process wage taxes, social security payments and employee benefits and stay up to date on legal changes of the above
· Process new hires, terminations, parental leaves and sick leaves
· Make the bank reconciliations and prepare monthly reports for the finance department and the upper management
Partner with managers to recruit by supporting with the sourcing of candidates and the selection process.
Work with the HR Manager on special human resources projects and initiatives from initiation to implementation
Support to the organization of events when needed (seminars, training, team building, etc.)
Organize and harmonize training opportunities.
Identification of areas for process improvement and recommendations to Management.
Be the first point of contact for all HR related questions for Poland
Other tasks to be determined
Your profile:
You have minimum 4 years’ experience as an HR Generalist (hard & soft HR)
You can communicate easily in Polish and English (fluent level), both oral and written. Any additional European language is a plus
You have a very good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
Your competencies:
You have up-to-date knowledge of social legislation.
You have good interpersonal skills.
You are rigorous, organized and stress resistant
You can manage priorities and you have an eye for details
You are proactive, autonomous and have a sense of responsibility
