Group Product Training Manager

Our client, a leading European manufacturing group operating within the sanitary, installation, and heating industry, is currently looking for a Group Product Training Manager.

Location: South Poland + frequent business travel.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building and managing training programs on an international scale within a large organizational structure (L&D methodology).
• Experience in the manufacturing/production sector is a must (knowledge of the sanitary, heating, or installation sector will be a super asset, but we are open to other product-centric industries).
• Proven track record in training B2B sales teams and translating complex technical information into the language of commercial benefits.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (e-learning) is highly preferred, but a strong willingness to learn and manage this digital area is sufficient.
• English proficiency at the B2 level (crucial for training foreign branches).
• Valid Category B driving license and readiness for frequent business travel across the CEE region.

Responsibilities

In this highly strategic role, you will be responsible for designing and standardizing the educational architecture across all group companies. You will transition product knowledge into effective sales tools, primarily focusing on internal commercial teams and implementing a "Train the Trainer" model for foreign subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive, international training programs across all companies within the capital group.
• Act as a "Trainer of Trainers" – visit foreign subsidiaries (e.g., in Romania, Hungary) to audit, train, and standardize the knowledge-sharing methods of local trainers.
• Prioritize and deliver product training sessions for internal sales forces and other internal departments to support commercial goals.
• Manage and develop the existing e-learning platform (Moodle), with the openness to initiate and recommend new digital LMS solutions.
• Provide expert oversight of all technical content, working closely with the Product Management and Marketing departments.
• Represent the company at major industry events for installers and architects (general product presentations rather than deep technical field training).
• Operate as an independent expert on a Group level, with a long-term perspective of building and managing a local training team in Poland.

The offer

• Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 PLN gross per month (with potential flexibility for truly outstanding candidates with international Group-level experience).
• Bonus System: Quarterly BPT bonus up to 20% of the base salary based on achievable goals.
• Contract: Stable employment path (probation period, followed by a 2-year contract, then an indefinite agreement).
