Graphic designer for international ecommerce platform

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in POZNAŃ. The ideal candidate will bring our brand to life through compelling visual content that engages and inspires our audience across various online platforms.

For the next three months, we are seeking an individual who can commit to approximately 80 hours per month, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position thereafter.

Your Role at MYCS:

• Design visually appealing graphic content for our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials

• Collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure that all designs align with our brand identity and campaign objectives

• Create and adapt designs for a variety of formats including digital advertisements, social media posts, and corporate communications

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas

Required Skills:

• Residence in Poznań or the surrounding area - a mandatory requirement

• 2+ years experience in graphic design, especially web, social media, digital & print

• A portfolio that reflects clean, modern and intuitive design

• Flexibility and ability to design for all different outlets

• A strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Desirable Skills:

• Proficiency in German at a B2 level or higher is highly advantageous

• Experience in an e-commerce environment, particularly in the furniture or home decor sectors

• Understanding of branding and the ability to style graphics that communicate a brand’s message effectively

• Experience with video editing tools and motion graphics is a plus

Familiarity with tools:

• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, etc.
