Compliance and Privacy Expert/Counsel

We are seeking a Compliance and Privacy Expert/Counsel to join our European legal team. This role requires a proactive individual who is results-driven, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a creative approach to problem-solving.

What responsibilities will you get when working with us:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and analyse the impact of privacy laws and other regulations on the company's operations.

• Provide advice and guidance to the team on issues related to compliance and privacy.

• Conduct privacy impact assessments and manage privacy risks.

• Develop and deliver training programs on compliance and privacy matters to employees.

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance and privacy considerations are integrated into their operations.

What will you need to be successful in this role:

• A master’s degree in Law is not a must.

• Proven experience of at least four years in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of European privacy laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English C1).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions.

• Results-driven and able to meet deadlines.
