Assistant to the Commercial Director (Warsaw, hybrid work) – ENTER ESPORT

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant to the Commercial Director in Warsaw (male or female).

Salary:
• From 750 USD base + bonuses
• With performance bonuses, total compensation can reach up to 2000 USD

Requirements:
• English language (conversational level or higher – mandatory).
• Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid format (partly remote, partly in office).
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Daily assistance to the Commercial Director.
• Support in sales and client relations.
• Scheduling, follow-ups, calls and meetings.
• Organizing and controlling the Director’s working day.
• CRM management and reporting.
• Communication with clients, partners and influencers.
• Participation in online marketing and sales activities.

Nice to have (a big plus):
• Previous experience as a personal or commercial assistant.
• Background in online marketing, sales or client relations.
• Familiarity with YouTube, Twitch, online advertising.
• Experience working with influencers/opinion leaders.
• Under 30 years old.

Work format:
• Hybrid (partly remote + office in Warsaw).
