Our company operates online stores with bathroom equipment. We are looking for people willing to provide B2B and B2C customer service by phone and e-mail on the UK market.

Your duties will include:

• answering calls from customers interested in purchasing

• product consulting

• sale of the store's assortment

• providing customers with information about the status of shipped goods

• providing customers with information about returns/complaints

• information cooperation with the warehouse, complaints department and accounting department

Requirements:

• knowledge of English at NATIVE SPEAKER level

• self-control and the ability to cope with stress

• punctuality, systematicity

• openness and positive attitude in conversations with clients

• providing reliable and understandable information

• technical predispositions welcome
