Your responsibilities

• Ensure menus across included (hotels/restaurants) and optionals are varied on a series-byseries basis.

• Improve the level of special diet meals across the business

• Take briefs from Quality Control on meals not to standard

• Assist contracting (Tracoin) if there are gaps to fill without restaurants/suppliers

Our requirements

• A passion for food and dining experiences.

• A creative mindset; we aim to lead the industry, not follow it.

• Willingness and ability to travel several times a year.

• Highly collaborative individual capable of building strong alliances with teams across the business.

• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills in English and Polish.

• Organized and flexible with a strong attention to detail.

• Works well within an international team environment.

• Proactive with a positive and can-do attitude.

• Innovative thinker with a solution-focused approach.

• Familiarity with technology and systems used in TTC.

• Experience in Europe product development or operations.

• Additional European languages (especially Italian, Spanish, or French) are highly regarded.

• International travel is required for this role.
