Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining information regarding all departure changes (2 years from the sale date), ensuring continuity and availability of current data for clients and the team.

  • Creating instructions for series-level departures, including detailed guidelines for local partners to ensure the highest quality travel services.

  • Assisting in data verification and ensuring its accuracy, with a focus on the availability of dates, prices, and other key travel information.

  • Updating and ensuring availability of technical itineraries for global teams, ensuring all travel consultants have the latest and most accurate information.

  • Creating date charts to enable effective travel planning and scheduling of operational activities.

  • Managing information chains and escalating important cases, to ensure a prompt response to any customer issues or inquiries.

  • Requesting menus from hotels and updating the Salesforce database, ensuring compliance with dietary preferences and other customer requirements.

  • Compiling data for use in contracting, product development, and marketing processes, supporting continuous improvement of the travel offering and enhancing the appeal of our products.

Our requirements

  • Experience in administrative work, preferably within the travel industry.

  • Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and high efficiency, especially in a dynamic travel environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, necessary for effective coordination with clients, business partners, and the team.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, to ensure reliable operational support for all travel aspects.

  • Capability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously, including coordinating bookings, travel changes, and other operational activities.

  • Proficiency in computer tools and systems specific to the travel industry.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to work towards the team's success, particularly in providing unforgettable travel experiences for our clients.

  • Excellent command of both English and Polish languages.

  • Preferred education background in tourism, management, or related fields.

Optional

  • Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French languages would be advantageous
