Atelier 21 International Primary School of the Future is seeking an exceptional Teaching & Learning Leader to join our pioneering educational community in Warsaw. The Role

As Teaching & Learning Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience across the primary school. You will work closely with the school leadership team to ensure outstanding teaching, learning, curriculum innovation, and student outcomes while nurturing a culture of curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire high-quality teaching and learning across the school.

• Coach, mentor, and develop teachers through instructional leadership and professional learning.

• Champion innovative, inquiry-based, and project-based approaches to learning.

• Monitor curriculum implementation and student progress.

• Foster a culture of reflection, collaboration, and educational excellence.

• Support the development of self-directed learning and student agency.

• Contribute strategically to the continued growth and development of Atelier 21.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has substantial teaching and leadership experience (at least 2 years in a leadership position in a primary or secondary school setting) in a primary or international school setting.

• Demonstrates a deep understanding of contemporary educational research and pedagogy.

• Has experience leading curriculum development, teacher coaching, and school improvement initiatives.

• Believes in developing learners who are curious, resilient, creative, and self-motivated.

• Thrives in innovative and dynamic educational environments.

• Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

• Holds relevant teaching qualifications and leadership credentials.
