Opis
For one of our clients, we are looking for a Support Engineer with Spanish. This is an offer in hybrid model, 3 times a week from the office in Warsaw (near subway station).
Responsibilities
Provide high quality technical support
Day-to-day management of the infrastructure including scheduled and emergencies
Incident responses include troubleshooting of the infrastructure-related issues as well as troubleshooting of platform-related issues.
Maintaining high quality documentation for all related tasks
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are a must
Technical education or experience in IT roles preferred
Practical experience managing critical customer issues is a plus
Must possess an enthusiastic personality and foster a positive work environment
Well-organised with effective time management skills
Ability to work independently
AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP and containers experience will be a plus
Offer
Employment contract together with yearly bonus
Working in hybrid model: 3 days a week
Working hours: 9-17
