Studio Infrastructure Engineer

We’re looking for a Studio Infrastructure Engineer to support the full lifecycle of our live production environment — from centralized IT systems to studio hardware.

This is a hands-on, on-site position ideal for someone who can switch between server rooms and studio floors with ease.You'll be working at the intersection of IT infrastructure engineering, AV tech, and facility operations in a fast-growing iGaming environment.

Occasional business travels to Kraków and Katowice is a part of the role.

Responsibilities:

Maintain, support and improve IT infrastructure (Linux, Windows, CCTV infra etc.)• Support network equipment, servers, and live system deployments

• Maintain, setup and support AV hardware (cameras, microphones, studio lights and so on)• Monitor and troubleshoot live environments for stability and uptime

• Handle basic scripting, automation and reporting system.• Coordinate repair and maintenance on-site processes.

• Setup and maintain physical studio mounting grids, truss cages etc.

• Ensure studio hardware is in top condition before every live sessionQualifications• Familiarity with IT systems, including Linux, Windows, network standards.

• Knowing, even as a hobby, AV infrastructure or photography is a strong advantage

• Fluent English; additional languages are a strong plus

• Experience in live production, iGaming, or other real-time systems is a big advantage
