Task range:
Communicate on behalf of the company on all matters related to customer service.
Process demand forecast from the Customers, insert, and validate forecast data in ERP system.
Maintain and secure sales data accuracy in ERP system (Baan, SAP IBP, etc).
Process, insert and monitor Customers’ purchase orders in ERP system. Monitor data validity in the system, process changes (incl quantity, packing specifications, versions, prices, etc).
Perform communication with Customers on purchase orders confirmations and production changes (incl over- / under-production, delays, sorting, reprint, etc).
Perform and monitor timely finish goods supply to the Customers, issue sales documents (incl invoices), form up call offs, secure connected data accuracy.
Participate in customers' complaints resolving. Issue CN/DN when necessary.
Perform timely closing of production and tooling projects.
Skills:
Student of final year/graduate of technical school
Very good practical Excel knowledge
Good level of written and spoken English
Very good administrative skills, attention to detail
A willingness to develop professionally, openness to new challenges, and strong teamwork capabilities
Able to work independently
Presence at least 4 days per week
