We offer full-time and part-time work in three shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 0:00 AM and from 0:00 AM - 8.00 AM, along with thorough onboarding to prepare you for the role and real development opportunities, whether you're just starting your career or looking for a change.

You will be responsible for:

• answering phone calls from customers,

• supporting customers via e-mails,

• customer service by the live-chat,

• giving information about flight schedule,

• informing passengers about flight changes,

• providing support to the passengers of special needs,

• answering the customers' inquiries.

Who we are looking for?

• someone who is fluent in English (min B2 leve),

• someone who is available for at least 25 hours per week (infoline is working 24/7),

• someone who is able to work under time pressure,

• someone who has communication skills, openness, accuracy.
