We're Hiring: Europe Business Development Manager
W8 Shipping is an international logistics company specializing in vehicle transportation from the USA and Canada to Europe since 2005. With our own transportation fleet, a network of warehouses across the United States, and access to the largest U.S. auto auctions (Copart, IAAI, and Manheim), we provide end-to-end logistics solutions and maintain full control over quality and efficiency throughout the delivery process.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Europe Business Development Manager to help expand our presence across European markets.
Area of Responsibility:
• Driving successful sales and business growth across Europe.
• Entering new European markets and strengthening W8 Shipping’s market position.
• Building and developing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consulting clients on company services and closing contracts.
• Working directly with customers on vehicle sourcing through Copart, IAAI, and Manheim auctions.
• Providing preliminary cost calculations for vehicle import and customs clearance.
• Checking vehicle history reports (Carfax, sales history, and other resources).
• Participating in vehicle auctions and purchase processes.
• Maintaining reporting and CRM records.
• Achieving sales targets and business development KPIs.
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Demonstrated track record of successful sales achievements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation and deal-closing expertise.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and customer relationship management.
• Understanding of vehicle specifications, configurations, and automotive market trends.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry will be a strong advantage.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Practical knowledge of sales techniques and business development strategies.
• Ukrainian or Russian language proficiency (conversational level).
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
• Polish language skills (B1 or higher) will be considered an advantage.
Personal Qualities:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and well-organized approach to work.
• Strong focus on achieving results and business objectives.
