Quality Specialist

Location: PASELL Polonia

Type of employment: Full-time

PASELL Polonia is currently seeking a Quality Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring and monitoring the quality of our products, implementing and supervising quality procedures, and conducting audits and analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations

Conducting quality inspections and internal audits

Analyzing quality control results and identifying non-conformities

Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures

Collaborating with production and other departments on quality-related issues

Training employees in quality control procedures

Monitoring and reporting key quality indicators

Requirements:

Higher technical education (preferred majors: production engineering, mechanics, electronics, chemistry, quality management) or secondary technical education with relevant experience

Experience in a similar quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of quality standards and norms

Ability to conduct audits and perform data analysis

Proficiency in MS Office

Good command of English (spoken and written) for effective communication with management and clients

Strong analytical and communication skills

Well-organized and able to work independently

Team player with a proactive attitude
