Opis
For our client -European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for:

Tasks:
Design Coordination and Oversight
• Assist in coordinating MEP design-related tasks across Frontex working groups based on inputs initiated by the Investor's Engineer and Contractor.
• Support the monitoring of progress and compliance of the MEP design with the contractual schedule and technical requirements.
• Help facilitate coordination across disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, IT, fire safety, etc.) and support tracking of design actions.
• Contribute to the review of Design Workshop MoMs and ensure traceability of decisions.
• Support the FPM and Frontex Business Coordinator (FBC) in the coordination and monitoring of deadlines and actions during the Work Packages acceptance and review processes.
Design Review and Quality Assurance
• Provide assistance during the design review process led by the Investor's Engineer by gathering and organizing input from internal stakeholders.
• Organise and attend design coordination meetings and support the consolidation of technical feedback from Frontex's side.
• Assist in verifying the incorporation of comments and conditions of approval where relevant.
Stakeholder Coordination Support
• Support communication between Frontex, the Investor's Engineer, and the Contractor on design-related topics.
• Translate operational needs of internal stakeholders into technical input for the design process.
• Prepare documentation for internal decision-making and escalation processes.
Design Change Management
• Support the management and documentation of proposed design changes (including value engineering), monitor the assessment of their potential impact on compliance, cost, and timeline in cooperation with Investor's Engineer.
• Collaborate with Investor's Engineer and if necessary the Contractor to track and validate design changes.
Sustainability and Compliance Monitoring
• Support the monitoring of sustainability compliance (e.g., BREEAM Outstanding, EU Taxonomy) by liaising with the Investor's Engineer's Sustainability Expert.
• Assist in tracking performance indicators and alignment with tender documentation.
Documentation and Data Management
• Monitor proper documentation of MEP design deliverables and feedback through the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Collaborate with the Investor's Engineer BIM Expert and CDE Administrator to ensure all data and model-related exchanges meet required standards.
Requirements:
• At least 5-year experience in a similar position,
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent English min.B2 - work completely in English
