• Salary: 7.000-9.000 PLN (gross) 

Role Purpose: 

The Solution Architect (SA) plays a critical role in shaping TP’s most complex and high‑impact client solutions.

Working closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Digital Transformation, and Operations, the Solution Architect ensures that client objectives are translated into feasible, scalable, and commercially viable end‑to‑end solutions. 

In short, the SA owns the design integrity of multi‑component solutions, ensuring they are technically sound, commercially viable, and operationally deliverable. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Lead the design of complex bids, RFPs, and transformation initiatives. 

• Analyze tender documentation and client requirements to shape compliant, competitive, and differentiated solutions.  

• Translate client business drivers into structured, implementable solution architectures.  

• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to gather inputs required for solution design and pricing. 

• Own overall solution integrity across technology, operations, finance, risk, and compliance. 

• Prepare detailed costings and client-ready quotations for both new and existing business opportunities.  

• Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations and proposal content, tailored to client needs.  

What we’re looking for: 

• Background in BPO/Outsourcing, Digital, or Technology‑enabled services. 

• Strong commercial, financial, and risk acumen. 

• Excellent communication skills; able to engage technical and executive audiences. 

• Comfortable working across functions, cultures, and global virtual teams. 

• Fluent English (B2 minimum) and Polish. 

• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and strong analytical thinking skills 

• Ability to create clear, impactful presentations in PowerPoint/Google Slides 

• Nice to have: understanding of CX platforms, Digital Transformation, AI & Automation, Analytics.
