Senior Java Developer (B2B) – Hybrid in Cracow

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer for a long-term project in an international environment.

About the Role

Hybrid work model – approximately 6 days per month in the office in Cracow + flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring technologies

• Write clean, secure, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices

• Collaborate with international distributed teams across multiple time zones

• Reduce technical debt, improve application security, and enhance platform reliability

• Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments

• Drive automation initiatives and introduce new tools to improve development efficiency

• Work in an Agile environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Java (Java 11+)

• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture

• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs

• Good knowledge of SQL and both relational & non-relational databases

• Practical experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Jenkins

• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and ORM technologies

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment
