Security Operations Center Operator - English speakers

Interr provides professional security services to the worlds most recognised companies. We have just recently opened a Security Operations Center in Białystok to support the business globally. We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals to join our SOC Team.

We are looking for people with experience in operations (security, logistics, planning).

This role requires confidence in speaking English (B2/C1 level), since you will be communicating daily with people across Europe through email, chats or video calls. Other languages are very welcome - especially German & French.

The shift pattern is 4 days working (12 hours a day, 7-19 / 8-20) and 4 days off.

All necessary equipment and system training is provided. We are based in Białystok, our office is located on Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego 2B.

Purpose of the role

• Monitoring time & attendance systems and communicating internally or externally about any operational issues

• Using various systems for planning, communication, incident reporting and basic data analysis

• Close cooperation with other SOCs (Security Operations Centers) or other Interr Departments

• Respond to all service requests in a timely manner and in accordance with company standards.

• Support with the planning of operations in the UK and overseas with regards to manning, rosters, plotting and communication with our employees, client and service partners.

• Planning and implementation of forward scheduling / reaction to short notice cover requirements

• Schedule staff coverage and escalating when required, in order to ensure the company's best operations standards.

• Ensure that schedules are communicated to team members and clients.

• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers.

• Act as an ambassador for this company when dealing with internal and external customers.

• Maintain required levels of communication and liaison in all areas within the job role.

• Action and deliver on all operational requirements and requests from line management and assist and support any business development opportunities.

• To undertake other reasonable duties as required.
