Format: Hybrid (70% client visits + 30% remote)

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Poland. We need a "hunter" who thrives on closing deals and wants to lead the digital transformation of the Polish hospitality market. Your performance directly impacts your rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and prospecting to closing deals.

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and restaurant owners.

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs with clear progress tracking.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementations and client satisfaction.

  • Actively visit potential partners to present Choice solutions on-site.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Native or C1+ level in Polish; Intermediate English (B1–B2) for internal communication.

  • Background in B2B sales (SaaS, EdTech, IT, or digital platforms) is a strong advantage.

  • Proven "hunter's mindset" — eager to prospect, chase opportunities, and win new business.

  • Confident in handling outreach calls, video meetings, and face-to-face negotiations.

  • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Proactive professional with a growth mindset, ready to make a real impact.

What success looks like:

  • Our reps typically close 8–12 deals per month with an average deal size of ~€90 ARPU.

  • A realistic first-year OTE is structured to reward strong performers and reflects consistent achievement of monthly targets.
