RtR Finance Application Analyst -support ( Fintech/BlackLine)

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in training clients on the use of BlackLine, Workiva, and Kyriba technologies and develop documentation to support ongoing client education and system use.

• Oversee the day-to-day management of BlackLine, Workiva, and Kyriba technologies for our clients, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.

• Work closely with cross-functional global teams, to troubleshot and remediate incidents.

• Monitor, prioritize, and manage service tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolution within established SLAs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the aforementioned technologies, providing expert advice and troubleshooting assistance.

• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, processes, and client satisfaction, and work with clients to implement these improvements.

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed of ticket status, system updates, and improvement recommendations

• Demonstrate effective organizational skills and manage multiple client engagements and technologies simultaneously

• Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices for BlackLine, Workiva, Kyriba, and other relevant financial applications by attending vendor webinars, workshops, or training sessions. Pursue relevant certifications or courses to deepen expertise

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

• min, 2 years of experience managing financial technologies such as BlackLine, Workiva, or Kyriba ( as end user is fine)

• RTR process experience

• Fluent in English 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to managing client relationships and expectations, and building trust.

• Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities effectively.

Nice to have: BlackLIne Admin role experience
