Location: Niepołomice near Krakow Responsibilities:

• Analyses and operates according to various requirements (customers, LEONI, IATF, etc.)
• Acts internally and externally as a contact person (e.g. for customers and suppliers or QM/development/logistics issues)
• Daily coordination, allocation, and reporting (8D) of occurring errors between customers and Leoni plants
• Coordinating and supervising the quality control team to achieve established objectives
• Carrying out rework based on technical drawing ensuring the correct implementation
• Coordination of discussions with customers regarding the feasibility of the wiring harness for planned technical changes

Requirements:

• Secondary or higher education in the field – technical, engineering, etc.
• Knowledge of the English language to enable communication at C1 level, German language skills are an advantage
• Working experience – min. 2 years in automotive industry
• Reading & understanding of technical regulations and standards
• Assertiveness and an independent way of working
• Good organization of own work
• Willingness to travel occasionally on business
• Experience and willingness in customer interface is welcome
• Availability for overtime or work on Saturdays in case of exceptional needs
• Experience in leading and motivating a rework team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
