Processing Officer for alert investigation for Scandinavian bank

We are currently looking for multiple Processing Officers for alert investigation for the Scandinavian bank based in Łodź.

The main duties are:

• investigation of Customer, Connected Party alerts as well as PEP and RCA alerts (sanction hits evaluation against customer database)

This is an entry level role and no prior work experience is needed. The training will be provided and this is an excellent way of learning new domain.

What is needed?

• Good English knowledge

• Soft skills: open minded, positive, analytical, eager to learn, focused on team engagement and team collaboration

• Nice to have: basic sanctions knowledge

Work model is hybrid, with 2-3 days of work at the office in Łódź.

This is 3 months engagement, 1st June - 31st August 2024.
