Start date: 1.06 Location: Cracow Name of the position: Clearance Broker with English Work model: Hybrid (2–3 days per week from the office possible after a 3‑month on-site training period) Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00/8:30 and 16:00/16:30 (8h) Contract: Employment contract

As a Clearance Broker with English, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining logistics and transport documentation

• Entering data into the system and checking its correctness

• Providing professional customer service in English

• Calculating customs duties and transport fees

The perfect candidate:

• Speaks English fluently (min. B2+) and feels confident communicating with clients and team members, including handling calls and everyday conversations

• Has excellent communication and analytical skills

• Feels comfortable performing calculation‑based tasks, such as calculating averages, duties, and other numerical operations

• Wants to develop in an international company
