Join Our Team as a Customer Support Specialist in Poland!

Are you ready to take on a pioneering role in a dynamic new team? We're setting up a Shared Service Center in Poland and looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to be at the forefront of this exciting venture. As part of the initial team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and developing our operations.

Position: Customer Support Specialist (Shared Service GTS PL)

Location: Słubice (with initial training in Belgium at the Group-GTS Headquarters in Geel)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in container transportation.

  • Data logging, CMR follow-up, preparing transportation documents, and handling administrative billing flow.

  • Manage customer interactions via email and phone in English.

  • Respond to customer emails, manage correspondence, archive mails, and manage calendars.

  • Draft mailings and develop standard operating procedures (SOP).

  • Collaborate with the Sales department to offer the best solutions to our customers.

  • Translate customer needs into successful services.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel to Belgium for approximately 3 weeks for initial training and team integration.

  • Fluency in English and Polish; proficiency in Russian, French, German, or Dutch is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of container transportation is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and MS Teams.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work accurately and manage stress effectively.

  • Solution-focused, proactive, and customer-friendly.

  • Team player with analytical thinking skills and adaptability to constant changes.
