We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Operations Support Specialist. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. The Operations Support Specialist will provide essential administrative and logistical support to various departments within the organization. This role involves handling a wide range of tasks, including coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and assisting with project coordination. The ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and excel at multitasking.

Type: Regular Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
Identify areas for improvement within current operations and propose actionable solutions.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Document and standardize best practices across the organization.
Lead and manage operational projects from conception to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget.
Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and report on project status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Identify and mitigate operational risks to prevent disruptions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
Address and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of operational systems and procedures.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, ERP systems).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Project management experience is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Valid driver’s license.
