Based in Śrem, Poland, PAC delivers both highly customized solutions and ready-to-install products.   Join B&C International as an Operations Controller and become a key financial partner for our production and operations teams across Poland and the Netherlands. This is a group-level role within the B&C structure, reporting directly to the Group CFO, with a strong focus on cost control, performance analysis, and operational efficiency. Operations Controller Your Responsibilities: • Analyze monthly P&L for production and transport operations. • Monitor and explain cost variances; propose improvements to standard cost models. • Support operational KPIs and identify process optimization opportunities. • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the Polish factory. • Collaborate with the Sales Controller on product cost and intercompany pricing. • Travel regularly (approx. once a month) to our headquarters in the Netherlands. What We Are Looking For: • Degree in Finance, Economics, or similar. • Proven experience in controlling in a manufacturing environment. • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency. • Fluency in English (written and spoken). • Proactive, independent mindset. • Strong willingness to travel internationally—this role requires regular business trips to the Netherlands for meetings, alignment, and strategic discussions with the Group CFO and operational teams.
