Position Overview We are seeking a responsible and motivated Office Manager to support our commercial and administrative activities. This role is well suited to a student or early career professional looking to gain broad exposure to business operations, B2B sales processes, and office management within an international brand.
Key Responsibilities
Office management and daily administrative operations
B2B lead generation for the Polish market
Follow up with leads via email and phone
Scheduling and coordination of meetings
Outlook calendar management
Support for sales and management activities
Maintaining organized documentation and internal records
Coordination with external partners and clients when required
Candidate Profile
Student
Communicative English
Native Polish
Ability to work with the Polish market
Strong organizational and time management skills
