McDonald’s Kobyłka S8 is hiring Restaurant Crew Members

Starting pay: PLN 30.00 gross per hour

No previous experience is required. All you need is a positive attitude, willingness to work and legal access to the Polish labour market.

What we offer:

• Employment contract (Umowa o pracę)

• PLN 30.00 gross/hour

• Night shift allowance: +20% (PLN 6.00 gross/hour) for work between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM

• Extra PLN 3.00 gross/hour for work in other restaurants operated by KH Group Sp. z o.o.

• Flexible working hours and the possibility of part-time employment

What will you be responsible for?

• Preparing products such as burgers, salads, drinks and desserts, and operating restaurant equipment

• Selling products and operating the cash register

• McDrive order preparation, completion and serving

• Warehouse and stock-related duties

• Keeping the dining area, kitchen and surroundings clean and tidy

• Providing friendly and efficient service to our guests

• Helping create new solutions, solving problems and building positive guest experiences in the restaurant
