Responsibilities and Duties:

• Developing machine learning models for audience segmentation and user profiling, encompassing both research and production-level coding
• Planning, implementing, and maintaining data and machine learning pipelines utilizing MLOps tools. This includes data analysis, exploration, and processing across various data formats
• Leading a team to successfully deliver production-ready machine learning solutions that significantly impact business outcomes
• Contributing to project planning activities
• Keeping abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the field, continuously enhancing knowledge, and implementing relevant findings
• Participating in the creation of innovative technologies through prototyping, proof of concepts, scientific publications, or patent applications
• Providing comprehensive functional and technical documentation
• Engaging with stakeholders to grasp business requirements, manage expectations, and develop effective project roadmaps

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Python programming
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience applying data science and machine learning techniques to large datasets, including the development and maintenance of ML pipelines
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying Python-based ML pipeline code in production environments, particularly in cloud environments (favoring AWS)
• In-depth understanding of ML algorithms both theoretically and practically, with proficiency in ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent experience with deployment solutions like AWS tools (e.g., Airflow, EMR, Sagemaker), and PySpark
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Snowflake)
• Knowledgeable about CI/CD principles, with experience using tools like GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Holds a master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
• Proficient in spoken and written English to facilitate communication in international, cross-team collaborations
