Logistics operator (English)

We are looking for a self-motivated and goal-oriented Logistics operator (English) who will coordinate and plan daily loads and communicate with drivers.

Your responsibilities:

• Load searching and booking

• Track trucks and drivers to confirm load scheduling and delivery

• Resolve any arising problems or complaints

• Build and maintain relationships with both customers and drivers

• Coordinate with drivers and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication

• Attention to detail

• Ability to learn quickly and retain information

• Knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level
