Live Stream Customer Expert with French

Kick-start your career in the social media industry as part of an international back-office team!

If you speak French fluently and enjoy analytical, detail-oriented work, this role will give you the opportunity to support content creators and become an expert in LIVE streaming standards and policies.

Your tasks:

• Responding to offline tickets in real time to content creators’ inquiries regarding LIVE streaming in terms of reported abuses and appeals of decisions made.

• Receiving creators’ requests and resolving them in accordance with established platform standards.

• Collaborating in an international back-office environment (no phone or email contact with creators).

• Schedule determined according to your needs!

Our expectations:

• Fluent knowledge of French (min. C1) and very good knowledge of English (min. B2).

• Availability for a minimum of 140 hours a month and a minimum of 2 weekends per month.

• Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility.

• Good organization of own tasks and attention to detail.

• Willingness to cooperate fully from the office in the city centre of Poznań.

Our offer:

• Employment on a contract of mandate and a rate of 45 PLN gross/hour.

• Schedule from Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 5 PM.

• Initial phone interview – we want to get to know you better!

• English and French verification – spoken and written

• Online interview with a recruitment representative and Team Manager – during the meeting, we’ll ask you some questions, conduct an online speed-typing test, skills test and tell you more about how the project works daily.
